From fields and forests to rivers and ravines, Toronto's varied habitats play host to an astonishing diversity of wild plants and animals. Local naturalist and educator Richard Aaron will talk about some of the intriguing species to be found right under our noses here in Canada's largest city, as well as some of the best places to see nature in Toronto and what learning opportunities exist. From tiny slime moulds to secretive creatures to "living fossil" trees, discover a side of the city that is often overlooked.
