Projects

In support of our mission to mitigate climate change and adapt, as possible, to its impacts, Green 13 is focused on 3 projects:

• protecting and enhancing our urban forest
• Junction Geo - working to bring climate-friendly geoexchange heating and cooling to the Junction
• building community preparedness for extreme weather events

We are pleased to announce that the first two projects have received the proceeds of the 8th annual Function in the Junction event, organized by Junction Residents Association (JRA) on May 6th 2017. In addition, the Toronto Field Naturalists have generously helped fund our Junction Adopt-a-Street-Tree project.
